Juliette redesigned my interior well within my budget like no-one else could have. Her eye for design was so much better than other designers I had consulted and my finished kitchen, bedrooms and living areas are breathtaking. Apart from her design talents, she was kind and supportive through a difficult process. Her cabinet maker, Joe B added his practical ideas to bring everything together and his cabinetry was made to perfection. Her expert tiler, Joe K, was awesome too. My home is transformed and I am so happy. Thank you Juliette for all you did for me.

During the COVID lockdown – like everyone – I became acutely aware that my home space was not what it could be. I had gone through the declutter, but what was left was either dated, souless and/or lacked any personality.
Enter Juliette from Insynk. A homemaker extraordinaire. She totally reimagines spaces with flair and character. Using stuff that I owned, loved once but had forgotten and working with a budget of a little over $1,000, Juliette:
– transformed problem spaces that now can serve many purposes
– helped me through the process of letting go of pieces and sell them and repurposing others
– worked with me to develop a cohesive theme throughout my home through colour, texture and vignettes
– helped me understand the value of lighting
– livened up my teenage childrens’ bedrooms (and they loved it!)
– took me shopping to teach and give me confidence on what to look for, what to buy and, just as importantly, what not to buy
– designed bespoke “wishlist” furniture that I will order as soon as the crisis is over
She even designed a distinctive and very cool zoom background for my endless virtual meeting. It always creates conversation.
Having proudly paraded my friends through my “new” house (only once the lockdown was over of course), Juliette is now doing them all… and you can’t get a better compliment than that.

Juliette designed our new kitchen. Well at first that’s all we thought she was going to do.
From what we thought was going to be a basic kitchen design and renovation became so much more including removing a wall and opening up our house in a way that we hadn’t even considered. The results are truly amazing. I know it has added immense value to our house both financially and from a future enjoyment standpoint.
She managed the project from design to full completion often being on site to oversee the work and ensure her design was finished to the highest of standards. She knows all her tradespeople personally so she can ensure the quality of the work.
Although at times we would disagree with some of Juliette’s ideas and think we wanted something different we are so glad we saw the light and stayed true to her design and creativity because the end result is fantastic. All our friends agree.

After 14 years and 3 architects later Juliette was engaged to fine tune the interior of our house. Upon starting she immediately saw a greater vision of our home. A total transformation occurred in structure, form, function, aspects, lighting, colour, everything including scatter cushions!
